Voya Saver

Import your saved Instagram and TikTok collections directly into Voya.

How it works

Voya Saver collects posts from your saved collections on Instagram (and TikTok, coming soon). It reads the video/image URLs, sends them to Voya, and our AI extracts the places mentioned — so they appear directly in your trip collections.

The extension only works on saved collection pages

You must navigate to a specific saved collection — not your main feed, explore page, or profile. The extension will show “No collection detected” on any other page.

Instagram

Open your saved collections on Instagram

Go to your Instagram profile, tap the three-line menu (top-right), then tap Saved. You'll see your saved collections. Pick the collection you want to import (e.g. “Japan 2027”).

Make sure the URL contains /saved/

The URL in your browser must look like this:

instagram.com/your-username/saved/collection-name/collection-id/

For example: instagram.com/aaalpacaa_/saved/japan-2027/18093394004093528/

Click the Voya Saver extension icon

The extension will detect the collection name automatically. You can edit the name before importing.

Click "Collect Posts"

The extension scrolls through the collection and gathers all post URLs. This may take a few seconds for large collections.

Click "Import to Voya"

Review the collected posts, then import. Videos are processed in the background — places will appear in your Voya collection as they're extracted by the AI.

TikTok (coming soon)

TikTok support is in development. When ready, the flow will be the same: navigate to a saved collection on TikTok (URL containing /collection/), open the extension, collect, and import.

Install

Download and unzip

Click the button above. Unzip voya-saver.zip to a folder you won't delete (e.g. ~/extensions/voya-saver).

Open Chrome extensions

Go to chrome://extensions in your browser.

Enable Developer Mode

Toggle Developer mode on in the top-right corner.

Load the extension

Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder. The Voya Saver icon will appear in your toolbar.

Update

Download the latest zip, replace the old folder contents, then go to chrome://extensions and click the reload icon () on the Voya Saver card.

Uninstall

Go to chrome://extensions, find Voya Saver, and click Remove (). You can then delete the unzipped folder.

Troubleshooting

“No collection detected”?: The extension only works on saved collection pages. Make sure your URL contains /saved/ (Instagram) or /collection/ (TikTok). It won't work on your feed, explore page, or individual posts.
“Load unpacked” not visible?: Make sure Developer mode is toggled on in the top-right corner of chrome://extensions.
Extension not working after update?: Click the reload icon on the extension card, then close and re-open any Instagram/TikTok tabs.
0 posts collected?: Scroll down on the collection page to load some posts before clicking Collect. The extension auto-scrolls, but Instagram needs at least a few posts visible to start.
